Up to 14 day's out cancellation = 100% payment
Strictly no groups or parties.
No loud noise after 11 pm, as we are in a mixed residential and commercial zoning, and we don't want to upset our lovely neighbours.
Property must be left clean and tidy on departure
Payment is made at the time of booking.
Please contact us in writing should you wish to amend or cancel your booking.
Fees and restrictions apply on any changes made during peak seasons of events like Dark Mofo and peak holiday seasons over Easter and Christmas and New Year.
